
The first story, written by author Edogawa Ranpo, is illustrated by Takashina-sensei, while the latter two are both written and illustrated by Takashina-sensei. This is a collection of three short stories associated with mangaka Takashina Ryouko. Unfortunately she finds out afterwards that Itou-kun has a girlfriend! How does the story end? Yuu-chan ends up getting involved with Itou-kun, a guy who helps her out when she is being bullied by some other girls in her class. Yuki is determined to get sensei to acknowledge her feelings for him before she graduates.

Unfortunately, she is shot down with the usual "You’re a student and I’m a teacher" excuse. Miyagawa Yuki who is in love with her teacher, and even manages to give him some Valentine’s Day chocolate to confess her love to him. Is there something more than a boss and worker relationship? Fortunately the producer is willing to help coach her. Midori is great at acting, and everyone is impressed with her talent, but when a kiss scene comes up, she gets nervous.

She knows what she wants, and takes a great approach to get there… Then she meets a cute producer, who is swayed by her determination. And how does the doctor really feel behind his serious mask? He patiently puts up with Kaho’s antics, but the jealous nurses at the hospital are not as tolerant. Tsukishiro-sensei is a cool, stone-faced guy. Kaho is pretty transparent in her adoration of the good doctor. He had been dissected, and further medical studies showed he had the disease known as the bubonic plague, AKA the Black Death.Hijiri Kaho, a 2nd year high school student who is hopelessly devoted to Tsukishiro-sensei, a doctor at the local hospital. He found the first missing body 3 weeks after the man disappeared. Bruce Wayne, AKA Batman, took an interest in these disappearances. Over the next month, people started disappearing.

He then dissected the body, before taking detailed notes of the disease's reaction. When he died, McJath, now calling himself the plague doctor, took the body and faked a cremation. McJaths first target was Kyle Kilgor, who went down with a severe case of the disease Pneumonia.

The diseases had also played a major part in McJaths mental health, culminating into him having a desperate desire to study the very diseases in which he had been infected with, to see if they had the same effect. His face was ruined beyond repair, being a mass of boils, rotting skin, scarred flesh, and green blotches. When McJath was discharged from the hospital, he was different. McJath was soon taken to Gotham hospital to be cured of his numerous diseases. McJath was accidentally injected with a sample of a mixture of diseases, including the bubonic plague. McJath kept the bullet, but Kilgor tried to wrestle it back from him. Jason soon let the corrupt police officer constable Kyle Kilgor into his service, offering to remove a bullet from his leg.
